RETURN & REFUND POLICY — REYSKIN (U.S. STANDARD)

At REYSKIN, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with standard U.S. e-commerce practices.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. RETURN WINDOW

Customers may request a return within 21 days of delivery.

Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • All tags, accessories, and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened skincare or cosmetic products, if applicable).

REYSKIN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

After review, we will offer one of the following solutions:

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)


5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)


6. NON-DELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES

If tracking indicates a lost or undelivered package, we will investigate with the carrier.

Depending on the outcome, we may issue:

  • Replacement shipment, or

  • Full refund

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be guaranteed for cancellation.


8. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or order cancellation. We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating any dispute.
